✅ Introduced the Analytical Worksheet (AWS), systematic Management of Analytical Incidents and Validated Calculation Spreadsheets in the Quality Control Laboratory maintaining proper written procedures
✅ Responsible for Preparation and Periodic Review of SOPs, STPs, Specifications and QC Equipment Master List in the QC Laboratory
✅ Efficient handling of Out of Specifications and Deviations
✅ Changed and systematized the whole process of Solution Preparation
✅ Analysis of incoming supplies of APIs, Excipients, IPs and FPs according to STP maintaining proper documentation
✅ Checking the performance of new columns as well as regeneration of old columns according to method
✅ Preparing, maintaining and storing working standards according to SOP
✅ Ensuring GLP in the QC Laboratory maintaining 5S in the lab area, and QUALITY in all aspects ensuring personal safety.
